QT - EMULSION REMOVER 15:1 CONCENTRATE

This is a liquid acid based concentrate must be reduced with water before use. Should be mixed 1 part concentrate to 15 parts of water for Automatic emulsion removers. Can be reduced 50 to 1 or more for hand emulsion removal.

HOW TO USE:

Mix 1 part 6415 to 15 gallons of water for automatic emulsion remover machine use. Can be mixed up to 1 part 69415 to 50 gallons of water for hand cleaning (depending on hardness of water). Apply Emulsion Remover using a sponge, soft cloth, or spray bottle.

For hand reclaiming, brush in with a scrubber of soft brush.

Allow 3 to 5 minutes for the remover to work.Do NOT allow liquid to dry on the screen.

Spray residue out with high pressure (1000 lb.) water.

For machine use, follow manufacturers instructions. Rinse screens with water after removal from machine.

Vacuum or towel dry

HANDLING: The use of waterproof gloves and protective eyewear is strongly recommended. Avoid contact with the skin. Wash hands promptly after use.

Do not thin. Us as is to maximize effect.
