Description:

This amazing chemical discovery will save you hours of set-up time everday. Your labor costs will be dramatically reduced! In fewer than three minutes you can stretch fabric, apply adhesive and fully cure. Field-tested on frames up to 6 by 14 feet. The overlap sheer tension is in excess of 2500 lbs. So tough that it will never pop off by itself. Yet, fabric can easily be peeled off when it is time to remesh. 4200 Premium Series - High Viscosity Adhesive for use with such course mesh fabrics as 6XX through 230. 4300 Premium Series - Low Viscosity Adhesive which is thinner and spreads readily through the finest meshes.

HOW TO USE:

HOW TO USE WITH SPRAY ON ACTIVATOR:Clean the frame with 5100 Frame Prep. Stretch fabric over the screen with a stretcher. Make sure the frame is in contact with the fabric. Squeeze the bottle to apply a 1/8" bead of adhesive in the middle of the frame. Spread the adhesive with an applicator squeegee or stiff paper board. Spray the least amount of activator possible on to the adhesive. The adhesive will cure in 5 to 9 seconds.

HOW TO USE WITH WIPE ON ACTIVATOR: Clean the frame with 5100 Frame Prep. Apply wipe on activator with the applicator or cotton swab. Do not puddle the activator. This can be done 24 hours before stretching. Stretch fabric over the screen with a stretcher. Make sure the frame is in contact with the fabric. Squeeze the bottle to apply a 1/8" bead of adhesive in the middle of the frame. Do one side at a time. Spread the adhesive with an applicator squeegee or stiff paper board. The adhesive will wick down and cure in 5 to 9 seconds
